Return Process

  Contact our customer support team at support@thesilkyway.pl within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the items safely in their original boxes, ensuring the product is unused and all protective seals are unbroken to prevent damage during transit.

  Shipping the Package

  Affix the provided return label or ship the parcel to our Warsaw warehouse using a tracked courier service to ensure your return arrives safely.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
